We are currently looking for interns for the following positions:

• Editor: An individual who can creatively edit raw footage to create short, entertaining packages for our weekly TV program. The ideal candidate is responsible, passionate about creative editing, and deadline driven.

Qualifications:

Own a computer, preferably a Mac G4 with OS 10.4 installed. Along with external hard drives with a 120GB minimum capacity

Access and familiarity of Adobe After Effects

Possess intermediate editing capabilities with experience editing a fast-paced video

Edit sequences using multiple audio/video tracks, import/export videos and time lines, and have basic understanding of video compression

• Writer: Entry level position that creatively creates literary composition for internet based promotional materials

Qualifications:

 Ability to research entertaining content to add to promotional materials

Must be computer and internet savvy along with strong listening, follow-up, and creative skills

Knowledge of Final Draft & Microsoft Word preferred

• Videographer: An individual who documents and produces information, promotional, and multi-media projects for Flair TV. This person will utilize video production skills including, but not limited to; directing producing, editing, and taping.

Qualifications:

Considerable knowledge and ability to use video production equipment

Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both orally and in writing

Ability to work independently and take direction when needed

Implement creativity in shooting styles, understand the variety of shooting angles, and understand the operation of a Sony VX 2000 camcorder
